Rudy Rodriguez – CEO

Rudy – was raised in south Texas grass roots politics. He grew up organizing campaigns primarily in south Texas and later across the State. He has served as a council member in his hometown of Pearsall, Texas Municipal League of Cities Executive Board Member, Texas President of the Association of Hispanic Municipal Officials. Mr. Rodriguez has worked with and managed numerous campaigns from City to the President of the United States. He served as a consultant to four Presidential Campaigns and has also been an advisor to two Governor’s races, one in the state of Texas and the other in the state of New Mexico, served as a consultant to one US Senate campaign and several congressional races.

Mr. Rodriguez graduated from Southwest Texas Junior College with an Associates Degree and went on to study Agriculture Business at Southwest Texas State University.

Mr. Rodriguez has served in numerous capacities for several State agencies including, the Texas General Land Office, Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission and Texas Department of Human Services. Rudy has extensive public policy experience in environmental affairs and local government issues. Rudy has 19 years experience in the solid waste and recycling industry and over a decade of experience with Natural Disasters from North Carolina, Virginia to Florida including Hurricane Katrina in Louisiana and Mississippi.

Lynda C. Rodriguez – COO

Lynda grew up in south Texas and began her career in the electric utility industry 21 years ago when she was hired by Central Power & Light Company, an operating company of the Central & Southwest Corporation. During the 11 years at CP&L, she held positions in market research, marketing and sales, governmental affairs/lobbyist, economic development and also worked as the Area Business Manager in Laredo, Texas.

In 2000, Lynda joined the CPS Energy team as a Key Account Manager, managing all 17 Independent School Districts in the Bexar County area.  She then moved into the Economic Development department and is now the Retail Solutions Delivery Manager. In this capacity, she oversees the marketing and sales activities of Energy Efficiency Rebate Programs and other programs such as CPS Energy’s green power option, Windtricity.

Lynda holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration and a Masters in Public Administration, both from St. Mary’s University in San Antonio, Texas.
